SpitFire® Predictive Administrator or Call Center Manager's first screen after successfully entering in "User name" and "Password".

Monitor Line an Action, Statistics, Lines, Agents and
the Dialer Throttle all in your Campaign window simultaneously.

Statistics in your Campaign window report on Campaign starting time, Time Spent on the Campaign, Dialer Lines Selected for this campaign. How many lines are active. How many Agents are selected to manage the campaign. How many active agents are there. How many clients are holding for an Agent and how many dials are you achieving per hour.

Summary of all your agents working on the current campaign.
Call totals: 1 hang up, 2 AM's Answering Machines. The call dispositions set by the Agent(s) are 3 Hits, 3 Warm to the sale and 3 Cold to the sale.

Summary of your list you are running currently, on the campaign. You called 12 records, there are no more records available.

Summary of all your telephones lines and how they are performing. Lines 1 thru 4 are active. Lines 5 thru 14 are selected and are ready to be activated.

Individual Agent's Performance Statistics are displayed from left to right. Agent 1 has handled 12 calls and is online for 6 minutes and 53 seconds, talking for four minutes and 21 seconds.

Campaigns throttle manager, Drop rate control, Dial Ratio Stats and real time Drop rate percentages.

SpitFire® Predictive available telephone lines for your campaign can be selected or deselected by clicking
on the button with a mouse.

Easily set how the system will make calls for long distance
or local.

This is the setup of the agents via the IP address on the
server.

This is the general tab in the configuration of the software.
The system's Do Not Call feature works in real-time and checks
each number before the call is made.

This is the failsafe screen to prevent calling outside the
allowed times.

This is a scheduler screen to set the system to start and
stop at a certain time.

This allows you to easily set the configuration for T1s.
This is where you can set the parameters of how to handle
the call when it is answered
by an answering machine versus a live person.

This shows the scripts and options in transferring the call
to a live person.
The options are selected easily, and scripts are selected
with a simple point and click.

Easily assign scripts to databases, then just click to
begin dialing.
It can be set up and used as both an outbound and inbound
system.
